7. The Sector for General Services and Finance
The Sector for General Services and Finance performs various tasks related to: preparation of general acts of the Administration; preparation of decisions on rights and obligations of officials and employees regarding their work; preparation of the Act on Organization and Systematization of Job Posts; creation of personal files and keeping personnel records of officials and employees; implementation of Personnel Information System; check-in and check-out at authorized funds and other state authorities; public procurement; monitoring disciplinary action-taking; tasks in the field of public relations and free access to information; other organizational, legal, material and financial affairs, and especially preparation and performance of the estimation of funds; preparation of a financial plan; timely and intended use of funds for purposes envisaged in a budget and financial plan; bookkeeping; preparation of periodic statements and balance sheets; preparation of financial statements and submission to State Treasury; treasury operations; bookkeeping tasks; investment and technical operations; verification of accuracy and validity of payment with public money; keeping required records; records on consumption and justification of expenditures; distribution and archiving acts and cases; typewriting and auxiliary tasks; reproduction of materials; courier and driver jobs; ongoing maintenance, creation of appropriate reports and information from the scope of work of the Sector, as well as other tasks within its competence.

7.1. The General Affairs Office
The General Affairs Office performs various tasks related to: preparation of decisions on employment of officials and employees; preparation of decisions on rights and obligations of officials and employees regarding their work; creation and keeping of personal files; creation of appropriate reports and information in the field of labour relations; payroll preparation; preparation of the Act on Organization and Systematization of Job Posts; tasks related to implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information; tasks in the field of public relations; public procurement; receiving mail; filing acts; keeping registers; submitting acts to work through an internal delivery book; sending mail; distribution of acts; archiving cases; taking care of archive; handling with stamps and seals; performance of courier jobs; keeping other required records; typewriting tasks; reproduction of materials; performance of transportation of officials/ employees; maintenance, servicing and registration of official vehicles; as well as other tasks within its competence.

7.2. The Office for Financial and Accounting Affairs
The Office for Financial and Accounting Affairs performs various tasks related to: financial and accounting operations; preparation and implementation of budget; monitoring intended use of assets aimed at performing activities under the competence of the Administration; making estimation of funds for work in the Administration and financial plans; implementation of all agreements concluded by the Administration; investment and technical operations; providing required information regarding the state of financial funds; preparation of payrolls for calculation of salaries; calculation of salaries; creation of payrolls; treasury operations; as well as other tasks within its competence.
